Construction management
Construction management is our specialty. It provides greater control over budget, timing, quality and risk than any other delivery method. Not surprisingly, construction management is the method preferred by most of our clients.
With this delivery method, Daoust Construction manages all phases of the project, from planning and pre-construction to commissioning and close-out. We work closely with the owner and designer to achieve all performance, scheduling and budgetary objectives.
We have all the latest tools for monitoring, communicating and controlling the construction management process. We’ve developed a comprehensive data system to assist in the tracking of critical items. We have extensive procedures in place for managing risks, including monitoring deadlines for document deliverables. We actively participate in the design process by offering feedback on value and constructability issues. We ensure that budget, scheduling and quality are carefully considered and in keeping with the intent of the design.
